Wine experts say this Red wine delivers as promised, with plenty of fruit and some complexity along the way. The aromas of herbal cedar and cocoa shavings are pleasant, but the flavors of raspberry and cherry are pleasant, too, and the wine finishes dry. Will age for a few years, but not right. A great wine, dry and crisp, with rich, complex flavors of citrus fruits, green plums, white pepper and toast. Feels chunky and refined, with a softly varietal backbone of fruit and oak. This is declassified ice wine, picked frozen. It does not have the depth of other wines from the winery, but it is a deliciously refreshing example of its variety. Green apple and lemon, a delicate, crisp texture, fine acidity and a just-ripe finish. This is a bit more aromatically focused than the regular Ave Maria bottling, but it`s still a good wine.
