Wine experts say this Red wine delivers as promised, with bright acidity, red fruit, a touch of wood and a strong structure. Drink now, although the fruit isn`t quite ready to drink. A blend of Syrah and Grenache, this opens with subtle aromas of raspberries, black raspberries and balsam wood. It shows quite a bit of sugar and creaminess on the finish, which is tannic and feels heavy. A lightweight, easy to drink, super Tuscan bubbly. The grapes are from the newish south of Italy and produced in a McLaren Vale, beautifully ripe mountain vintage. Yeasty and slightly sweet, with a very full mouthfeel, it`s named after Sonoma County`s iconic winery. This well-made, pure-fermented Pinot Gris has light raspberry and cherry fruit, plus a stony, textured finish.
