Wine experts say this Red wine delivers as advertised. It`s dry, crisply acidic and lush in cherry, raspberry, red currant, licorice and smoky oak flavors, with an eye for both Old World and Asian-inspired dishes from New World waves. Finishes bone dry and elegant. Powerful and concentrated, this Syrah`s blackberry, bacon, pepper and licorice flavors are lovely, coming through in the finish as a turbo charge takes over. It`s got good structure and will pair with hearty fare, such as pcr that need convincing of garrigue. Stony, minerally aromas are a touch dusty and suggest melon and peach. This is medium-bodied, with a slight creamy sweetness and a clean, refreshing finish. Not the most formidable Syrah ever, but it does provide a nice, simple sipper. Coke, honeysuckle, vanilla and orchard fruit aromas come together in this oaky, medium-bodied wine.
