Wine experts say this Red wine delivers as promised, with plenty of fruit and a smooth, integrated texture. The acidity is nice and even slightly citric, and the flavors of berries and red plums are pleasant. Drink this polished young wine from 2018. There`s a honeyed note of superripe Kabinett on the nose of this single-vineyard bottling, with full peach malolactic fermentation adding smoky complexities. The palate, however, brims with a gorgeously bitter tangerine marmalade sweetness that rides on the heels of the wine`s classic lemon-lime acidity. It`s beautifully balanced, with an elegant, nuanced alcoholic effect. Subdued on the nose, this wine has a restrained but ripe nose that also shows aromas of apricot, grapefruit and melon. It is vibrant on the palate with intense grapefruit and apple flavors, but has the typical brisk mouthfeel and long finish for aging.
Wine experts say this Red wine delivers as promised, with ripe, forward fruit tones and a light and delicate structure. There are good things going on but the nose and the palate are seriously missing something. There is ripeness and then a realm of question marks. Read this and many other California rosés before having a go at it you know. It`s a pretty wine with aromas like wood smoke, cedar, green herbs and wet stone. It feels young and tight, with rubbery, earthy plum flavors. The finish is spicy, chocolaty and slightly herbal. Grenache is a Rhône variety that rarely gets beyond its grape variety, although it is definitely found in some parts of southern Oregon. The nose has a classic copper color, while the palate shows an almost air-dried apple note. It feels just a little sweet on the finish, but it`s not overdone or overly powerful.
Wine experts say this Red wine delivers as advertised as it`s dry, and the packaging is particularly luscious given the ‘07. Although the grapes come from Rutherford, Green Hollow and Willow Creek vineyards. Tight and super-smooth, with a fine line of acidity, and beautiful spice accents, this is a beautiful Sauvignon from Dry Creek Valley. Wild and earthy withnatureconservancy-hounds lurking in the background, this Sauvignon Blanc glides over the palate, succulent and earthy. It`s bone dry and tannic, with intense flavors of wild reed and wild stone fruit. A hint of cocoa powder lingers on the finish. With almost 80% Sémillon in the blend, this is a wonderfully fresh, almost nervous wine. It is bright, fruity and intense with great acidity as well as, at the same time, under control. There is an attractive edge of tannins that also allow the wine to age.
Wine experts say this Red wine delivers as promised, with aromas of red cherry, tea, leather and a touch of exotic spice. But the wine feels dry and dusty, with drying tannins and dry, firm flavors of red berry and plum. It`s simple and direct; a good everyday red for shellfish, or a go-to red with bruschetta and marinated pork. A very nice Chardonnay, and fairly affordable for the quality. Shows polished citrus, tropical fruit, peach and oak flavors marked by dry acidity and/or dry oak aging. The mouthfeel is chunky yet silky. From Argentinean winemaker Jorge Pelassen, this dry, silky Nero d`Asti offers a very fine, fruit-driven wine with mature notes of cherry and blackberry followed by an elegant, long finish. This is a thickly concentrated and rich Cabernet with spicy, rooty flavors that meld berry and cassis.
