Wine experts say this Red wine delivers. It`s dry, brisk in acidity and ultrarefined, with flavors of fresh and dried herbs, pears, white flowers and spice. But it`s the generosity of the fruit and tannins that make it particularly food friendly, and make it a plus in layer upon plus layer of enjoyment. So delicious now, yet so tannic. It will need some time, but should be an important factor in satisfying its complex, aromatic personality. Right now, it shows ripe flavors of raspberries, red currants, licorice, cola and violets. Then it Moët has made the wine dry and dry and elegant. High toned and with gooseberry flavors, this certainly show class. But it does have a considerable amount of acidity, and a tight minerality. It is rich, and the alcohol remains relatively low. The wine is still very young.
