Wine experts say this Red wine delivers as promised, with plenty of forward fruit and some moderate tannins to back it. There is some herbal character, like a bell pepper, without much structure, a clean, fresh finish with good acidity and not much new oak. New oak sticks out, but it dominates here, giving this Chardonnay a solid, moderately tannic mouthfeel. The fruit is decent, but not much longevity. Good depth, concentration, good structure and balance mark this Pinot Noir. It`s dry, rather fat and has strong flavors of cherries and oak. Give it a good decant and drink now. Elegant, with ripe flavors of green apple, lime and kiwi, this Mendocino-grown Chardonnay has a veneer of French oak and a slight hint of buttered toast. It`s full bodied with a rich finish. This is a simple, poised and medium-bodied wine.
